In the past few weeks, Echo Lane Management has provided monetary rewards to three persons who have used the ANGUS Tenant Service Request system in exemplary ways.
Linda Benge (left), Administrative Assistant for Group 1 Automotive, received $100 because she has entered 322 of 355 service requests for Group 1 since ANGUS' inception. Dede Lang of Sierra Resources and Patty Giersch of StorageTek also received $50 awards for their outstanding use of ANGUS since inception.
There are many reasons they prefer the ANGUS system over trying to track us down in the management office, but they especially like that the request goes directly to the person who can take action, cutting out the middle-person and expediting the solution.
